If you forgot your password, try one of these steps:
If you have used Blackboard before and at one time entered your email address inthe "Personal Information"
area, than you can have your password reset immediately by
completing the
Lost
Password Form (on the form, fill in either
option #1 or #2) . Be aware that you must type your first and last
name in with all UPPERCASE letters because that's how they appear in Blackboard. The
password will be reset to the default. After you complete the form, you will receive an
e-mail message with instructions to make the password change.
If you are new to Blackboard and/or never entered your email address in Blackboard, then
use our online Help
Request form and support staff will reset your password as soon as
possible.
