Dental Hygiene Events

Screening Days

On these days we screen prospective clients to see if they qualify for teaching cases. Screening days in the Fall are on Monday mornings. In the Spring they are on Monday afternoons. Please call, 510-723-6900 for an appointment.

Pediatric Day also known as: Children's Dental Health Day

In the fall a one day event is held to see only children, ages 3 through 12, for exams, radiographs, cleanings and sealants. For current charges, please see the fee schedule.

Information Day

Chabot College Dental Hygiene Program will host an Information Day on Saturday November 7th, from 10 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. in building 1200 room 1232.

Please view the Information Day flyer. 

A presentation by the program faculty and students will provide:

• Information regarding the program
• Enrollment requirements
• What the profession of dental hygiene encompasses

A student panel will address issues such as:

• Coping with the workload
• Family life
• Financial aid
• Housing

The program will conclude with a question and answer session and tour of the dental hygiene clinic.
